- 1 pouch of frozen acai
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup coconut yoghurt
- 1 tbsp. of desiccated coconut
- 1 tbsp. of maple syrup
- Fruit for topping
- Blitz all ingredients in a food processor til smooth and creamy.
- Top with your choice of fruits, granola, nuts and / or seeds.
